Victoria Dixon Quarter, Wellington

New central city office development

The Victoria Dixon Quarter development represents the final stage of Willis Bond’s Cuba Precinct project, occupying the north-facing site on the Dixon & Victoria Street corner of the precinct.

Currently in planning and taking tenant registrations of interest, the project is set to deliver 7,000sqm of commercial space in a resilient new building. Key features include large flexible floors (c.1,000sqm plans), generous ceiling heights, extensive glazing for excellent natural light, large entrance lobby, and end-of-trip options.

Victoria Dixon Quarter joins the neighbouring Victoria Lane Apartments building, which also features 3,000sqm of commercial office space on Levels 1-3, and 100 Cuba Street, home to Greater Wellington Regional Council. Together these buildings form a desirable new office hub in the central city.
