132 Halsey is situated on a landmark waterfront site within Auckland’s newest inner-city precinct, Wynyard Quarter. The development's 51 luxury apartments are generously sized and offer views across the Viaduct Harbour. Residents’ amenities include a concierge, residents’ gym, business centre and theatrette.

Willis Bond was chosen to develop 132 Halsey by Eke Panuku Development Auckland (previously Waterfront Auckland), following an international design tender process.

Award-winning sustainable design

Together with Wynyard Central, 132 Halsey was instrumental in the development of the NZGBC Homestar multi-residential tool, setting the benchmarks for this environmental assessment process and achieving apartment ratings in both 7- and 8-star categories for ‘design’ and ‘as-built’ criteria, which reflect the development’s high levels of sustainable design and energy efficiency.
