Willis Bond purchased this retail centre on behalf of investors in 1999 and converted it into office and retail premises in a sought-after location on Wellington’s waterfront.

The development comprises 1,000 square metres of retail space and 6,600 square metres of office premises.

Retail tenants include Rosie’s Cantina, Capital E and Calibre Salon and the office space is fully leased with tenants including Z Energy and Outward Bound. There is also a large car parking facility underneath the wharf operated by Wilson Parking.
