A former wharf shed designed by James Marchbanks and constructed in 1921, Shed 22 was restored and refurbished by Willis Bond by erecting a new structure within the
existing shell.
Retail
The building comprises a fully functioning brewery, ground floor Macs Brewbar restaurant and bar space and function centre across 1,000 square metres on the ground and first floors.
Office
1,025 square metres of office space is leased to Lion Breweries, who also run the retail and brewery operations elsewhere in the building.
