Wynyard Quarter, Beaumont Apartments at 30 Madden now under construction

Willis Bond is pleased to announce that Stage 2 construction of the Beaumont Apartments at our 30 Madden development is now under construction.

An 18-month construction programme estimates late 2021 for completion of the Beaumont Apartments. Following completion, the apartments will be settled and occupied once council processes such as code compliance and unit titles have been issued.
