Willis Bond's latest fund raises $250 million and purchases T&G Global Nelson site

Willis Bond recently formed the Property Income Fund (PI) and concluded an initial capital raising with $250 million.

The Property Income Fund has been formed to invest in long term yielding property assets and today confirmed its first acquisition with the sale and leaseback of 484 Nayland Road, Nelson to T&G Global.
