Willis Bond seeks tenants for the last 1,300sqm of Stage 1, Blue Mountains Campus
Willis Bond's green, resilient business hub Blue Mountains Campus is seeking tenants for the final exceptional spaces in the completed first stage of the development.
Centrally located at 68 Ward Street, Upper Hutt, the campus is focused on employee wellbeing and is designed to meet the growing demand for flexible commercial and retail space in the Wellington region.
The campus is already occupied by two major anchor tenants - NZ's national operator KiwiRail and government agency MBIE, and features an onsite cafe.
KiwiRail has leased 2,700 square metres in Stage 1, which includes its state-of-the-art new National Train Control Centre, from where the team oversees 90% of New Zealand’s rail network. MBIE has also taken 1,300 square metres of space in the stage.
The final 1,300 square metres of modern 5 Green Star design-accredited office space with expansive views are now available in this stage. It can be leased altogether or as smaller spaces. Leasing packages can be customised to meet tenant needs and Upper Hutt City Council is offering a rates remission deal.
The campus has been master planned by award-winning architects Studio Pacific Architecture and is being built by LT McGuinness.
