We are pleased to be recognised as the Tauranga City Council’s development partner for their Heart of the City project which looks to revitalise the city. “Yesterday the Tauranga City Council announced it had signed a “landmark” partnership agreement with developer Willis Bond and Co to shepherd the planned new central library ($39 million) and civic administration ($23.3 million) building on Willow St into being”.
