JLL Wellington signs final lease for new office at Site 9

Willis Bond’s Site 9 development is now fully leased with JLL Wellington signing to occupy the final office tenancy.

Located on the last remaining prime CBD waterfront site in the city, Site 9 is already considered one of Wellington’s most prestigious buildings.

Designed by Athfields and constructed by LT McGuinness, base build construction completion is scheduled for September this year.
