International co-working outfit Servcorp to join Site 9

Willis Bond is delighted to welcome international coworking and virtual office company Servcorp to its new $40 million Site 9 building.

Servcorp has signed a lease for the entire 900sqm Level 2 premises, joining major New Zealand law firm Bell Gully, which is leasing Levels 3 and 4.

Site 9 will become Servcorp’s flagship Wellington location, with the organisation choosing to leave its existing premises on Lambton Quay in favour of the new, base-isolated waterfront premises. The company has one other location in Auckland.

The building, which is currently under construction and due to be completed in August this year, offers a wide range of attractive benefits for occupants. It is base-isolated for superior seismic resilience, offers natural light from all directions with superb harbour views, and is well-positioned for easy access to public transport and the CBD, plus enjoyment of the waterfront itself.

Servcorp is a pioneer of the flexible workspace concept and operates more than 150 locations in 22 countries worldwide. Its expertise in providing coworking and virtual office solutions is set to be a real asset to the other occupants of the building and local companies looking for quality short-term space for projects or changing business needs.

There is now only one 900sqm office floor and three ground floor retail spaces ranging between 30 and 185 square metres available to lease. Contact theresa@willisbond.co.nz for office space enquiries and jo@willisbond.co.nz for retail enquiries.
