Iconic International Retailers to open in Willis Bond’s Cuba Precinct

International Ice Cream giant Ben & Jerry’s, and iconic global footwear brand Dr. Martens are the next famous retailers to set up shop in Willis Bond’s newly redeveloped Cuba Precinct. Ben & Jerry’s and Dr. Martens will both be opening their first ever permanent Wellington City stores, bringing their world-renowned ice cream and boots to the capital.

The retailers will open their doors to Wellingtonians later this year, joining New Zealand home brands Glassons and Spark in the seismically strengthened heritage Cuba Street buildings.  

Cuba Street has a long and proud history and Willis Bond is excited to be playing a part in helping reinvigorate this much-loved and unique area. There are now just 2 retail spaces available in the precinct, leasing now.
