100 Cuba Street building opening

Willis Bond celebrated the official opening of 100 Cuba Street - three heritage buildings sympathetically regenerated to create modern, character office space, built to 100% NBS.

We look forward to Greater Wellington Regional Council moving into the new offices later this year, with their team able to be reunited under one roof.

Thank you to everyone who helped us to commemorate the occasion, including Wellington Mayor, Andy Foster and GWRC Chair, Daran Ponter, and for all those who have been involved in the project.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank representatives of Taranaki Whānui and Ngāti Toa who blessed the building in a dawn ceremony this morning.
