This boutique building designed by Studio Pacific Architecture, in the historic Taranaki Wharf Precinct, houses office and retail space and 42 luxury apartments with views over Wellington city and harbour. 

Office and Hospitality

Mojo cafe opened early 2016, located on the corner of Market Lane and Taranaki Street. It offers nearby residents and office tenants a convenient meeting spot. 

Residential

Levels six through 11 comprise 42 luxury apartments, all of which are now sold.
