Retail, Office and Hospitality

A number of retail and commercial tenants have taken premises at the wharf including Whitebait, the exciting new concept restaurant by the owners of The White House and Mojo’s flagship café Poneke both of which opened in late 2014.

Health and fitness experts, Healthfit Collective, and global creative communications company Saatchi & Saatchi have also both relocated their operations to the wharf.

In addition to retail and office spaces at wharf level, the development also has public amenities including a fishing wharf, viewing deck and public toilets.
