This redeveloped heritage-listed finger wharf includes retail and office premises at wharf level, a basement car park below and 76 luxury apartments above.

Residential

The completed building consists of 76 premium apartments housed across eight discrete addresses along the north-south orientated heritage finger wharf. All apartments enjoy expansive views across either the harbour or cityscape, with many spanning the width of the building and benefiting from both. Generous ceiling heights, wide frontages and light-filled spaces are hallmarks of these premium apartments, designed to maximise the views and natural light.

The suite of residents’ amenities include a concierge service, residents’ gym with access to personal training onsite, business centre and 16-seat private cinema.

All 76 apartments are now sold.

For Lease or Sale

The 185sqm office space at the seaward end of the wharf represents the final significant commercial space available in the development. This stylish unit is perfect for a well-appointed boutique office and enjoys spectacular views across the harbour and back towards the city.

Fully fitted out and ready for immediate occupancy.

Available for sale or lease.

Retail, Office and Hospitality

A number of retail and commercial tenants have taken premises at the wharf including Whitebait, the exciting new concept restaurant by the owners of The White House and Mojo’s flagship café Poneke both of which opened in late 2014.

Health and fitness experts, Healthfit Collective, and global creative communications company Saatchi & Saatchi have also both relocated their operations to the wharf.

In addition to retail and office spaces at wharf level, the development also has public amenities including a fishing wharf, viewing deck and public toilets.
