30 Madden is the next stage of the Wynyard Central residential development and offers refined living in the heart of the new Wynyard Quarter Precinct.

30 Madden project page image30 Madden is a unique development with a range of contemporary apartments, maisonettes and penthouses set around a tranquil landscaped courtyard for the private enjoyment of residents.

Situated in the heart of the Wynyard precinct, several apartments enjoy a view of either the Waitemata Harbour or the city and all enjoy the benefits of the private courtyard, local parks, restaurants and cafes and proximity to both the waterfront and the CBD.

30 Madden is a collaboration between Willis Bond & Co, award-winning architects Studio Pacific Architecture and trusted construction partner LT McGuinness. The development comprises 91 residences, private parking facilities and ground floor retail and hospitality spaces and is targeting a Homestar 7 rating for sustainability and energy efficiency.

Residences are now available to purchase and the 30 Madden show suite is open to view. For more information about the development and how to book a sales appointment, visit the 30 Madden website.

Willis Bond was selected as the project developer by Panuku Development Auckland, following an international design and tender process. To date the project has included the Wynyard Central and 132 Halsey developments, both of which are under construction and due to be completed from September 2017 through to mid-2018.
